Cooking Classes offered with the San Luis Adult School

Register early at 549-1222~ classes fill up!

The Vegan Cooking Class (session one) runs for 4 Wed. evenings from 5:30-8pm at Laguna Middle School. This class runs from May 7-May 28th.

The Raw/Living Foods Class (session one) runs for 4 Tues. evenings (same time and location) from May 6-May 27th

The cost for each class is $58 (for 4 weeks)

Raw Food Potlucks~ First Sunday of Every Month
Unleash your creativity and join us for a yummy array of living foods the 1st Sunday of every Month at QuietStar. Take home ideas, recipes and yes, even left overs. 5:30 pm, just after Sunday Circle. No rsvp necessary; please bring an ingredient list and your own table service to preserve the environment. Everyone welcome even if you only know how to cut up carrots!!!
Living Foods Tools
QuietStar carries tools to support your exploration of raw foods.
Books, raw coconut oil (for body care AND eating), and tools for food preparation. Store is open before scheduled events, 12-2 Tues-Fri and by appointment (call ahead 783-2662)
