The Higher Self Course is designed to meet you wherever you are in your spiritual development and take you further, we develop a community of support for being who you really are.
You will learn an invocation to invite in the energies of the highest vibration while excluding unwanted influences, to connect with the deeper part of yourself which knows exactly what is in your highest good. My guides work with your Higher Self and the Guides and Angels that work with you to assist in developing clear communication and connection.

Hundreds of students have taken this course for over 20 years, and we continue to be amazed by the powerful shifts and changes we see. Students report an increase in over-all well-being, see shifts in their relationships, careers and a feeling of being connected that brings security and comfort. Classes at QuietStar, SLO: Class meets in person at our Center in San Luis Obispo. See the attached flyer for dates and costs. To get the most out of the class, you will want to complete the LightWork (some used to call it “homework”) after each meeting. Registration links at top of this page!

TeleClasses: In November, 2007, Elaina began offering the HigherSelf ~ Spirit Guides class as a teleconference so those who live outside San Luis Obispo County have the opportunity to participate.There will be 6 group “meetings” with 2 individual telephone attunements. The teleclass format is really simple: It’s as easy as calling a relative in another state! I will send you a phone number and access code. No special equipment or skills are necessary. (You do need long-distance service or a calling card, as you will pay regular long-distance rates). To get the most out of the class, you will want to complete the LightWork (some used to call it “homework”) after each meeting.
